About the role
A national Australian hardware and home improvement retailer is looking for Customer Service Representatives for its Perth store network. You will assist customers in finding products, handle enquiries and returns, maintain floor presentation, and contribute to a positive in-store experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in retail or customer service
- Genuine passion for helping customers
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Physical ability to assist with stock
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
- Australian work rights
