About the role
A leading consumer goods company in Melbourne is searching for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, planning and analysis, and business partnering for two operating divisions. You will manage a small team and report directly to the CFO.
This is a high-profile role with genuine succession planning into a senior finance leadership position.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualified
- 7+ years in commercial finance, including at least 2 in a management role
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Australian work rights required
