About the role
A high-growth Australian technology company (200 employees, Series C) is searching for its first standalone Head of People and Culture. This is a rare opportunity to build a people function from the ground up, shaping culture, talent strategy, and organisational design as the business scales toward 500 employees.
You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team and build a small people ops team beneath you.
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR leadership, including at least 3 in a senior HRBP or Head of People role
- Proven experience scaling a people function in a high-growth technology or startup environment
- Deep expertise across talent acquisition, L&D, performance, culture, and compliance
- Strong data literacy and experience using people analytics
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders
