About the role
A global technology services company in Hyderabad is hiring an HR Generalist to support a workforce of approximately 600 employees. You will manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR analytics.
Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 2-5 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law and compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
