About the role
A premium specialty food and beverage retailer with 12 New Zealand stores is looking for an experienced Store Manager for their flagship Auckland CBD location. You will lead a team of 18, drive revenue targets, manage stock and rostering, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in retail, including at least 2 as a store or assistant store manager
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong people management and rostering experience
- Experience in food retail or specialty retail preferred
- Food safety certification advantageous
- NZ work rights
